_What if nothing was impossible?
What if there was something we could receive that would empower restoration, open doors, heal hearts, release dreams and inspire nations? What if the fullness of the life God promised us was available here & now?
Over ten years ago I was radically baptised in the Holy Spirit. In that moment what felt like fire washed over me and I received purpose, empowerment, purity, vision & hunger. From that meeting I quit my radio job and went into full time ministry.
I believe this is the time for His kingdom to come on earth.
Here & now.
I am passionate about creativity, empowerment and seeing people be all God has purposed them to be. I live to see the lost saved and the people of God, young and old, filled with the power of His Holy Spirit.
I have a background in Kids, Youth, Young Adults and Adults ministry mainly across Australasia and abroad.
I am excited about everything God is doing in his church and it is an honour to play a part.
My family and I are based in Brisbane Australia where along side this ministry I am on staff at Kingdom Culture Church as an Executive Pastor.
I am beyond grateful for my amazing wife Annaliese, she is one of a kind and has a brilliant mind for NextGen Ministry and church building too. She is part of the _HERE&NOW team too, if you are looking for help in your ministry she is a valuable asset for sure!
We also have a new member of the family, Boden Samuel Slade. He is amazing and a brilliant gift to our family.

Life, in it’s purest form is Holy.
As NextGen Pastors and leaders, our job is to encourage, uplift, correct and disciple a new generation into things of God - the holy things, the righteous things. The ways of Jesus in a new generation.
We know that the only way we can do this is if we have streams of living water flowing from us. Thats how Jesus was able to disciple and change lives - he was the fount of living water that never ran dry.
In Jeremiah 2:13 when God’s people have abandoned him, Jeremiah refers to him as “…the fountain of living water.”
Our pursuit and heart for every leader is we would help point people back to God, the fountain of living water, so that they can truly live.
Jesus also says in John 7:38,
“Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.’”
If we are going to lead others to the living water, we must ourselves have living water flow from within us. Thats why we believe 2026 is the year of living water!

“HE’S HEALED ME!”
Our God still heals!
Maddie experienced the healing power of God on the altar in Toowoomba Australia after being injured in her hockey game. The doctors told her she had tissue damage in her foot and it would take a long time to heal.
She reluctantly came down the front for prayer unsure if God could heal her.
First prayer - No more throbbing pain
Second prayer - She could put a little weight on it but still sore
Third prayer - complete healing, she was able to walk on it with no pain!
A week later she was up hiking in the hills of Toowoomba! She said:
”It’s amazing, its like it was never hurt!”
Thank you Jesus!

___Ministry Achievements
Starting in ministry ten years ago at ARISE Church I learnt how to serve, how church works and how to lead at a high level.
From there I moved into Kids Ministry, working within a team on service experience for primary children, pastoral care and creative elements for the ministry. During this time I also worked for Bible in Schools on the large scale lunchtime programmes in Wellington sharing gospel values to hundreds of kids every week.
On staff at ARISE I oversaw our pre-teens ministry, leading a team for five years, running multiple conferences of over 300 pre-teens.
From 2020, in response to Covid-19, I led the team creating ARISE Kids TV - which has reached over 2.5 million children worldwide on every platform.
I have preached the gospel in many environments to many ages and stages helping thousands of people find Christ and be baptised in the Holy Spirit.
Building the name of Jesus is the goal, the passion and the joy.
